 My name is Frank Welzig and I have spent over 25 years running an Executive Search firm called Welzig, Lowe & Associates. I have personally coached thousands of corporate employees on how to maximize their career opportunities in regards to salary and satisfaction. But, I can honestly say that 70% of the people I talked with would leave the corporate arena 'in a New York minute' if they knew exactly what they wanted to do and how to do it. The corporate lifestyle was driving them crazy and they wanted out. I found myself coaching more and more candidates on how to 'Escape the Corporation' and make a living with a home based business. This led me to write my third self-published book called 'Escape the Corporation: How to Answer the Four Most Important Questions about Your Career: What do I want to do? Why do I want to do it? With whom do I want to do it? and Where do I want to do it?'
I used the book as the basis for my coaching business but I always struggled with the more difficult fifth question, 'How am I going to do this?' Sure, there are literally hundreds of ways to earn a living from a home office but very few of them generate enough money to allow you to live the Lifestyle you desire. Before we knew it we had built a couple dozen websites and became Certified SBI Webmasters. We now spend our time coaching and building websites for people who see the potential of bringing their passions, experiences, and small businesses out onto the Internet and in front of a worldwide audience.
I also have a Masters Certification in NLP, Certification as a Mind Power Coach, founding member of Coachville and active member in the graduate school of coaching.
 My wife and partner, Gerry, quit her management job at IBM in 2002 and has built a home business based on her love of photography. She is a Certified SBI Webmaster and builds websites for people who want to bring their passions out on to the Internet.
We have found our passion and now spend our time helping other professionals to build a successful home based business on the Internet. We are both avid learners and teachers and we have found the business we can build for the rest of our lives.
